To all our fabulous clients, friends and supporters....

Wow.

What a year 2020 has been. It's hard to believe there's only a few short weeks until Christmas.  Seems like we just celebrated New Years and heard about some weird "Corona virus."  Oh, how times have changed...

Since the spring of 2020, it's been hard to go five minutes without being reminded of how the world is different. Thankfully, in just 27 short days, we will close the door on one of the most challenging years many of us have ever experienced.  Then, we can focus on looking forward to an exciting (and hopefully Covid-free) 2021.

With people staying home, and looking to less crowded activities, lapidary and rock tumbling are experiencing a resurgence. Many people took this pandemic as an opportunity to learn something new, and reached out to GM Rock Shop to guide them.  It is truly humbling to think that a rock hound like me could be encouraging and educating the future generation of rock addicts.

Thank you for your patience, your questions, your reviews and your trust in the shop to provide you the proper tools for this great hobby,   It means so much!  I've written some terrible Dad jokes on outbound packages to hopefully make someone smile (sorry, I couldn't resist), and I've advised people that they have to share their new addiction with their spouse.   I've helped people pick out gifts for their grandkids, and learned about Arkansas honing stones.  I've offered advice, reassured new hobbyists and picked up a few new tips & tricks myself!  I'm still trying to figure out how the tumblers keep multiplying...

Running the shop this year has been an absolutely amazing journey, and we have our fantastic clients to thank for it. When I hear that GM Rock Shop has the "best customer service" a person has ever received? That is better than any review or advertising.  That compliment made my 2020.  Even Covid could not ruin that for me. I've had a lot of fun and I'm hopeful 2021 will be even better.

Thank you all again.  I don't know what else to say except that all of us here at GM Rock are wishing all of you and yours a safe, happy holiday season and a joyous 2021.  Rock on!!
